Good George North Wharf in the bustling waterfront location of Wynyard Quarter requires an outgoing, level headed duty manager to join our management team. The successful applicant must have the following:

- 3 or more years work experience in a similar position.

- Extensive craft beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.

- Experience in a high volume venue.

- A current LCQ and General Managers certificate.

- Be a New Zealand Citizen / Resident or hold a New Zealand work visa (will support visa applications).

- Ability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends.

- Ability to train and up-skill staff on a regular basis.

- Cash handling experience.

- Familiar with point of sale software.

- Familiar with taking bookings / function enquiries.

- Be able to conduct oneself in a professional and positive manner.

- Attend weekly management meetings.

- Ability to manage a team of staff.

- Ability to lead a team through to a successful service.

- Ability to handle any difficult situations on shift.

- Adhere to Health & Safety policies.
